Overview
What does the NervoMax Supplement Facts label say?
It says each serving is 2 capsules and a bottle holds 30 servings. Every active ingredient sits inside one blend, the "Test Boost Proprietary Blend", at 600 mg per serving.
Below the blend, the panel prints "*Daily Value Not Established". Then come the other ingredients: Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate, Silica Dioxide. Nothing else on the panel gives a number.
Line by line
How do you read the NervoMax label line by line?
Each number marks one line on the real panel.
Tap a number to see what that part of the label says.
- Supplement Facts
The panel every U.S. supplement must carry. It lists the serving and what is in it.
- Serving size 2
Two capsules per serving and 30 servings: 60 capsules, about 30 days at 2 a day.
- Test Boost Proprietary Blend, 600 mg
One total for nine ingredients. The label does not explain the name.
- Himalayan pink salt first
Blend ingredients run from most to least by weight, so salt is the largest part.
- Bacopa monnieri (20%)
The 20% is the extract's standard, not its share of the blend.
- Vitamin B6, no amount
B6 normally needs its own amount. Too much B6 can cause numbness and tingling.
- Vitamin B12, no amount
Shown as cyanocobalamin 1%. Its amount per serving is not printed.
- Green tea extract (50%)
Concentrated extracts are linked to rare liver injury.
- Daily Value not established
No %DV is shown for any blend ingredient, including the two vitamins.
- Other ingredients
Rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica dioxide: capsule fillers and flow agents.
The blend
What is a proprietary blend on a supplement label?
A proprietary blend lets a maker print one total weight for a group of ingredients instead of each amount. U.S. rules require the blend's total and its ingredients in order from most to least by weight (FDA, Labeling guide) (21 CFR 101.36).
That is legal. It also means a buyer cannot tell a meaningful dose from a sprinkle. In NervoMax, nine items share 600 mg, and Himalayan pink salt comes first.

The name
Why is the NervoMax blend called Test Boost?
The label does not say. "Test Boost" is simply what the label calls the blend, and no other line on the bottle mentions testosterone or hormones.
The product is sold for nerve support. The blend name tells you nothing about what the blend does, and this site does not claim any hormone effect.
B6 and B12
Why does the NervoMax label show no amount for B6 or B12?
Both vitamins are listed inside the blend, so no figure appears. FDA's labeling guide says ingredients with Daily Values, such as B6 and B12, are normally listed on their own with their amounts (FDA, Labeling guide). The label does not print the B6 or B12 amount.
Too much vitamin B6 can cause numbness and tingling (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Without a figure, you cannot add NervoMax to the B6 in a multivitamin or B-complex. Ask the maker, and see vitamin B6.
The B12 line reads "Cyanocobalamin 1%", which describes the raw material, not the amount per serving. Vitamin B12 matters most if you are low.
Serving size
Is the NervoMax serving 1 capsule or 2?
The panel says 2, and the directions say 1 or 2. So the 600 mg blend is what you get at the top of the range. At 1 capsule a day you take about 300 mg of blend, and a bottle lasts twice as long.
Serving size: 2
All panel figures assume 2 capsules.
Suggested use: 1 or 2
Daily, with an 8 oz glass of water.
Servings: 30
About 30 days at 2, or 60 days at 1.
For timing and missed doses, see NervoMax dosage.
Word for word
What else is printed on the NervoMax bottle?
The side label adds the directions, storage, a caution and a boxed warning. The expiry date on the label image is 07-2028. Rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica dioxide are fillers and flow aids, not actives.

FAQ
NervoMax Supplement Facts FAQ
What is in the NervoMax Test Boost Proprietary Blend?
The blend holds nine ingredients in this order: Himalayan pink salt, cinnamon extract, bacopa, lutein, bilberry leaf powder, vitamin B6, ginkgo, vitamin B12 and green tea extract. Together they weigh 600 mg per 2 capsules. No single amount is printed.
Is a proprietary blend legal on a supplement label?
Yes. U.S. rules allow a blend to show only its total weight, as long as the ingredients appear in order from most to least by weight. Vitamins with Daily Values are normally listed separately with amounts, which NervoMax does not do for B6 or B12.
Does NervoMax contain testosterone?
No testosterone or hormone is listed on the label. Test Boost is only the blend's name, and the label never explains it. The nine listed ingredients are salt, plant extracts, a pigment and two B vitamins.
What is the serving size of NervoMax?
The Supplement Facts serving size is 2 capsules, with 30 servings per bottle. The directions allow 1 or 2 capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water, so one capsule is half a labeled serving.
When does NervoMax expire?
The label image shows an expiry date of 07-2028. Dates can differ by batch, so check the date printed on your own bottle. Store it in a cool, dry place away from heat, light and humidity.
What are the other ingredients in NervoMax?
The other ingredients are rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica dioxide. Rice flour fills the capsule, and the other two help powder flow and stop clumping during manufacturing.
What does Daily Value not established mean on NervoMax?
It means no official daily target exists for an item, so no percentage is shown. On NervoMax the note covers the whole blend, including vitamins B6 and B12, which do have Daily Values. Because they sit inside the blend, the panel shows no %DV for either vitamin.
