Is NervoMax legit or a scam?
It is a real, labeled supplement with a full ingredient list, a lot number and an expiry date. The weak side: no study of the product, and no amount for any single ingredient. Read the label breakdown before you decide.
Does NervoMax actually work for tingling feet?
No trial has tested NervoMax, so nobody can say. Its vitamin B12 helps tingling only if your B12 is low (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12). Tingling has many causes, so a doctor should look for yours first.
Is NervoMax a treatment for neuropathy?
No. NervoMax is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is not meant to diagnose or treat neuropathy, diabetes, sciatica or any other disease.
Does the FDA check NervoMax before it is sold?

How many NervoMax capsules should I take a day?
The label says one or two capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water. The Supplement Facts serving is 2 capsules. Some people start with one to see how they feel.
What time of day is best for NervoMax?
The label gives no time of day. Tie it to a meal you never skip, such as breakfast, so you take it once and do not double up.
How long does one bottle of NervoMax last?
One bottle of 60 capsules lasts 30 days at 2 capsules a day, or 60 days at 1 capsule a day.
Can I take 3 or 4 NervoMax capsules for faster results?
No. The label says not to exceed the recommended dose. Extra capsules also add vitamin B6 in an amount you cannot measure.
Should I keep taking NervoMax if tingling gets worse?
No. Stop and call your doctor. Too much vitamin B6 can cause tingling, and the label does not print how much it contains.

Is NervoMax safe with your other vitamins and medicines?
How much vitamin B6 does NervoMax contain?

Can too much vitamin B6 cause numbness?
Yes. High B6 intake can cause sensory nerve damage with numbness and tingling (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Australia's regulator reports cases below 50 mg a day (TGA, B6 alert 2022). It usually improves after stopping (Muhamad et al., 2023).
Can I take NervoMax with a B-complex or magnesium?
Ask your doctor first. B6 adds up across B-complexes, multivitamins and some magnesium tablets, which can hold 60 mg each (Daley et al., 2023). NervoMax's share is unknown, so the total cannot be added up.
Is NervoMax safe with metformin?
Ask your doctor. Metformin can lower B12 over time (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12), and cinnamon is sold for blood sugar. A B12 blood test is a smarter first step than any blend.
Can I take NervoMax on a blood thinner?
Talk to your doctor first. NervoMax contains ginkgo, which may raise bleeding risk with blood thinners such as warfarin (NCCIH, Ginkgo).
Who should not take NervoMax without a doctor?
The label says pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician first.
When is numbness or tingling an emergency?
Call 911 if numbness comes with weakness, confusion, slurred speech, vision changes or loss of bladder or bowel control (MedlinePlus, Numbness). Do not wait to see if a supplement helps.

What ingredients are in NervoMax?
Nine, in label order: Himalayan pink salt, cinnamon extract, bacopa, lutein, bilberry leaf, vitamin B6, ginkgo, vitamin B12 and green tea extract. Fillers are rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica dioxide.
What does Test Boost Proprietary Blend mean on NervoMax?
It is the name the label gives its 600 mg blend. The label never explains the name and mentions testosterone nowhere else, so we read it as a label name only.
Why is pink salt listed first in NervoMax?
Blend ingredients run from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36), so salt is the largest part. Pink salt is mostly sodium; its trace minerals are too small to matter (Fayet-Moore et al., 2020).
Do the bacopa and ginkgo in NervoMax help memory?
Evidence is thin. Bacopa gave small gains in attention speed at 300 mg or more a day (Kongkeaw et al., 2014). Ginkgo did not prevent dementia in 3,069 older adults (DeKosky et al., 2008).
Can NervoMax green tea extract hurt the liver?
Liver injury from green tea extract is rare and mostly linked to concentrated capsules (NCCIH, Green tea). The NervoMax amount is not printed. Ask first if you have liver disease. See green tea extract.
