NervoMax Dosage: How Many Capsules a Day and How Long a Bottle Lasts
The label says to take 1 or 2 NervoMax capsules a day with an 8 oz glass of water. The Supplement Facts serving is 2 capsules, so a 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days at 2 a day or 60 days at 1 a day. Never take more than 2. The label gives no time of day.

The label dose
How many NervoMax capsules should you take a day?
Take one or two capsules a day. That is the whole instruction on the bottle. The exact words are: "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water."
The Supplement Facts panel lists a serving size of 2 capsules and 30 servings per container. So the label allows a range of 1 to 2 capsules, and the panel describes everything per 2 capsules. Both numbers come from the same bottle. Neither one is wrong.

Any schedule beyond 1 or 2 capsules with water is someone's suggestion, not the label.

Should you take 1 capsule or 2?
Start with 1 capsule unless your doctor tells you otherwise. One capsule is half the labeled serving, which means half of every ingredient, including the vitamin B6 the label does not measure out for you.

Half of the 600 mg blend, about 300 mg. A bottle lasts about 60 days. A sensible choice if you already take a multivitamin, a B-complex or a magnesium product.
2 capsules a day
The full 600 mg serving. A bottle lasts about 30 days. This is the most the label allows, and it is the top of the range, not a target.
Example: a 62-year-old with type 2 diabetes takes metformin and a daily multivitamin. Her multivitamin already has B6. One capsule a day keeps her added intake lower while she and her doctor check her B12 level, which metformin can lower (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12).

Hard limit
Can you take more than 2 NervoMax capsules a day?
No. Two capsules is the most the label allows. Its caution begins "Do not exceed recommended dose."
More capsules do not mean more benefit. They mean more of an unknown amount of B6.
Vitamin B6
Why does the vitamin B6 math matter for your dose?
You cannot add up your vitamin B6 because NervoMax does not print how much B6 is in a capsule. That matters because too much B6 can cause numbness and tingling in the hands and feet (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6).
Adults need only 1.3 to 1.7 mg a day. The U.S. upper limit is 100 mg a day, and the EU set 12 mg a day in 2023 (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Australia requires a label warning above 10 mg a day and has seen nerve problems below 50 mg (TGA, B6 alert 2022). The bars show how far apart those numbers are.
Vitamin B6 benchmarks come from the NIH fact sheet (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6) and Australia's TGA (TGA, B6 alert 2022). NervoMax does not print its B6 amount, so you cannot place it on the first chart. The second chart shows that three of the nine ingredients alone, at study doses, would need most of the whole blend.
Count every B6 source you take
- Multivitamins and "energy" B-complex products
- Magnesium tablets: some hold 60 mg of B6 each (Daley et al., 2023)
- Sleep, stress or PMS formulas and sports drinks with added vitamins
- Fortified cereals and energy bars

Missed doses
What if you miss a dose of NervoMax?
Skip the missed dose and take your usual amount the next day. Do not take extra to catch up.
Remembered the same day?
Take it with water if your daily total stays at 2 capsules or fewer.
Remembered the next day?
Take only your normal 1 or 2. Doubling would break the label limit.
Missed a week?
Pick up at your usual amount. There is no restart dose and no loading dose on the label.

Stopping
When should you stop taking NervoMax?
Stop and call your doctor if tingling, burning or numbness gets worse or spreads. Those are also signs of too much B6, and nerve symptoms from B6 usually improve after stopping it (Muhamad et al., 2023).
Call 911 for numbness with sudden weakness, confusion, slurred speech, vision changes or loss of bladder or bowel control (MedlinePlus, Numbness).
- Stop if you get a rash, stomach upset that does not settle, yellow skin or dark urine.
- Stop before surgery and tell the surgeon, because ginkgo may affect bleeding (NCCIH, Ginkgo).
- Stop if you become pregnant, and talk to your doctor.
- Stop if you feel no change after a fair trial. Ongoing symptoms need a cause found, not a bigger dose.
