NervoMax Benefits: What It Is Made to Support
NervoMax is made to support healthy nerve function, with relief support for occasional numbness and tingling.
Brand art also mentions mood, memory and energy. Vitamin B12 may help most when your levels are low.

The claims
What benefits does NervoMax claim?
NervoMax makes two kinds of claims. The bottle makes nerve claims. Brand art makes brain claims. Both are the seller's words, not study results.
- Label: "Help support healthy nerve function."
- Label: "Relief support for: discomfort, tension, occasional numbness & tingling sensations."
- Brand art: "Best Choice Brain Boosters: support for stress, mood support, sense of calming."
- Brand art: "Improve mental functioning: memory, intelligence, energy."
The label claims carry a star. It points to the FDA statement that the claims were not evaluated and that NervoMax is not meant to treat any disease (FDA, Supplement Q&A).

What does the evidence say about each NervoMax claim?
Each panel shows a sales claim with a short evidence check underneath.
Sales-page claimWhat the evidence saysNo study of NervoMax exists. B12 helps only when you are low, and a doctor should find the cause of nerve symptoms. (NIDDK, Diabetic neuropathy)

NervoMax claims vs evidence: how do they compare?
Most claims lean on ingredients studied alone, at doses the label does not reveal. The table sets each claim against the closest research.
| Claim | Where | Closest evidence | Our read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Healthy nerve function | Label | B12 helps only when you are low (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12); B vitamin evidence for neuropathy is insufficient (Cochrane, B vitamins) | Weak |
| Occasional numbness and tingling | Label | No product study; too much B6 causes these symptoms (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6) | Unsupported |
| Discomfort and tension | Label | No ingredient trial for nerve discomfort; ginkgo did not ease leg circulation pain (Cochrane, Ginkgo 2013) | Unsupported |
| Stress, mood, calm | Brand art | Bacopa trials measured memory speed, not mood (Kongkeaw et al., 2014) | Unsupported |
| Memory, intelligence, energy | Brand art | Ginkgo did not prevent dementia (DeKosky et al., 2008); lutein had no effect on thinking (AREDS2 cognition, 2015) | Unsupported |
Regulators have challenged memory claims for another supplement when its study did not beat placebo (FTC, Prevagen 2017).
Evidence ladder
How strong is the evidence behind NervoMax?
From the most direct evidence to the least. The product itself sits at the bottom.
- B12 if lowB12 deficiency causes numbness
Fixing a real deficiency helps. Most people are not deficient. (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12)
- B vitaminsCochrane review: 13 trials
Evidence is insufficient to say B vitamins help nerve pain or tingling. (Cochrane, B vitamins)
- Bacopa9 memory trials
Small gains in attention speed after 12 weeks. Memory, not nerves. (Kongkeaw et al., 2014)
- GinkgoWalking pain trials
No meaningful benefit for leg circulation pain. (Cochrane, Ginkgo 2013)
- NervoMaxNo study of the product
No trial of NervoMax for numbness, tingling or nerve health. (FTC, Health claims)

Realistic gains
Who could actually notice a benefit from NervoMax?
The clearest case is someone low in vitamin B12. B12 deficiency causes numbness and tingling, even without anemia (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12). Fixing it can help.
Take a 62-year-old with type 2 diabetes on metformin. Metformin can lower B12 over time. If her tingling comes from low B12, a B12 product may help. But NervoMax does not print its B12 amount, so a blood test and a known dose make more sense.
For memory, bacopa showed small gains in attention speed after 12 weeks at 300-450 mg a day (Kongkeaw et al., 2014). A share of a 600 mg blend that is mostly salt is unlikely to reach that.

Safety
Could NervoMax make tingling worse?
It is possible, and you cannot rule it out from the label. Too much vitamin B6 causes sensory nerve damage: numbness and tingling (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Australia counted 250 reports by October 2025 (TGA, B6 update 2025), and it usually improves after stopping (Muhamad et al., 2023).
A 45-year-old who already takes a B-complex may get far more B6 than he thinks. Some magnesium tablets hold 60 mg each (Daley et al., 2023). Add NervoMax and the total is unknown. Read the vitamin B6 page before you stack products.
See a doctor
When should you see a doctor instead of trying NervoMax?
See a doctor first when tingling is new, lasting or spreading. A supplement cannot find the cause. Common causes include diabetes, low B12, too much B6, alcohol and medicines (NINDS, Neuropathy).
- Tingling that lasts more than a few weeks
- Numbness in both feet if you have diabetes, or a foot sore that does not heal (NIDDK, Foot care)
- Tingling that started after a new medicine or supplement
- Weakness, falls or trouble gripping
Numbness with weakness, confusion, slurred speech, vision changes or loss of bladder or bowel control needs emergency care (MedlinePlus, Numbness).

FAQ
NervoMax benefits: common questions
Does NervoMax really work?
No study shows that NervoMax works, because the product has never been tested. Its claims rest on single ingredients studied alone at doses the label does not print. If your tingling comes from low B12, a B12 product with a known dose and a blood test is a clearer path.
Is NervoMax good for neuropathy?
NervoMax is not a neuropathy treatment, and no study tested it for nerve damage. A Cochrane review found too little evidence that B vitamins help neuropathy. Neuropathy needs a cause found, often diabetes or low B12, and treatment chosen by a clinician.
Can NervoMax improve memory?
There is no evidence that NervoMax improves memory. Brand art claims it, but ginkgo did not prevent dementia in a six-year trial and lutein had no effect on thinking. Bacopa showed small gains in attention speed, at doses NervoMax likely does not reach.
Does NervoMax help with stress or mood?
No study shows NervoMax helps stress or mood. That claim comes from brand art, not the bottle label. None of its nine ingredients has good evidence for mood, and bacopa trials measured memory speed. Ongoing low mood or stress deserves a talk with a clinician.
Has NervoMax been tested in a clinical trial?
No published clinical trial has tested NervoMax. The research cited for it covers ingredients such as bacopa, ginkgo and vitamin B12, each studied alone. Those results cannot be moved over to a 600 mg blend whose ingredient amounts are not printed.
Can NervoMax help diabetic nerve pain?
NervoMax is not shown to help diabetic nerve pain. People with diabetes need regular foot checks and care from their clinician. If you take metformin, ask for a B12 test, since metformin can lower B12 and low B12 also causes tingling.
What is the main benefit of NervoMax?
The most realistic benefit is the B12 it contains, which can help if you are truly low in B12. The label does not print the amount, though. Other strengths are practical: simple capsules, a full ingredient list, and a printed lot number and expiry date.
