What do the NervoMax lot and CoA codes mean?
Two codes come with NervoMax. Neither one is a lab result.
The seller gives a lot code, NM-26/NE-5112, and a CoA reference, NM-5112-26-NE. A lot code names one production run, so a seller can trace a batch. A CoA reference points to a Certificate of Analysis, but the certificate itself is not published.
So the codes help with tracing, not with proof. They do not show what is in the capsules or that a lab tested them. We explain the missing lab report on NervoMax testing and quality.
Treat both codes as seller reference numbers. Only a lab sheet that names the lab and matches your lot shows results.

How do you check a NervoMax bottle when it arrives?
Do these before the first capsule. They take about five minutes.

Check the safety seal
Before you open the cap, look for the seal over the bottle mouth. The label says not to use the bottle if the seal is damaged or missing.

Find the printed expiry date on the side label. Write it down with any lot code you see, one line per bottle.

Pour a few onto a clean plate. They should match in size and color, be dry and whole, and smell of nothing strange.

Where is the expiry date on NervoMax?
The expiry date is on the side label, near the suggested use and the caution. On the label image we have, it reads 07-2028.
Your bottle may show a different date if it comes from a newer or older batch. That is normal. What matters is how much time is left. At 2 capsules a day one bottle lasts 30 days, and a 6-bottle pack lasts about 180 days. At 1 capsule a day, double those numbers.
So a large pack needs a date far enough ahead. Check every bottle in a multi-bottle order, not only the first one. Store them as the label says: Keep away from heat, light, and humidity to preserve freshness.

What should NervoMax capsules look like?
The label does not describe the capsule color or size, and we have no official photo of loose capsules. So the useful test is sameness. Capsules from one bottle should match each other, and bottles from one order should match too.
- Same size, shape and color across the bottle
- Dry and firm, not soft, sticky or clumped together
- No cracks, leaks or loose powder at the bottom
- No moldy, sour or chemical smell

How do you match a NervoMax order by phone?

Limits
What can a home check not tell you?
A home check confirms the bottle is sealed, in date and consistent. It cannot tell you how much of each ingredient is inside. The label prints one 600 mg blend total for nine ingredients and no single amounts, including vitamin B6.
