Dosage
How Many NervoMax Capsules a Day, and When Should You Take Them?
The label says to take one or two NervoMax capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water. Never take more than two. The label gives no time of day and does not say whether to take them with food. Many people start with one. At two a day, a 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days.

Key facts
What are the key facts about the NervoMax dose?
- Suggested use: one (1) or two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water.
- The Supplement Facts serving is 2 capsules, and a bottle holds 30 servings.
- The caution reads “Do not exceed recommended dose.” Two capsules is the most the label allows.
- The label names no time of day and says nothing about food. Both are not published.
- One capsule gives about half of the 600 mg blend and half of every ingredient, including vitamin B6.
- The vitamin B6 amount is not printed, so count your other B6 products before you take two.
- Keep the bottle cool and dry, away from heat, light and humidity.
The label
What does the label say about how many NervoMax capsules to take?
It gives a range, not a single number: one or two capsules a day.
The bottle prints “As a dietary supplement, take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water.” The panel itself counts in servings of 2 capsules. Both numbers come from the same bottle, so neither is wrong. One capsule is simply half a labeled serving.

Choosing
Should you start with one capsule or two?
If you are unsure, one is the more careful start. It gives about 300 mg of the blend instead of 600 mg. Every ingredient is halved, and that includes vitamin B6, the one whose amount the label does not print.
That matters because too much B6 can cause numbness and tingling (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). The adult need is only 1.3 to 1.7 mg a day, and a B-complex, a multivitamin or a magnesium tablet may already carry some. Picture a 45-year-old who takes a B-complex with 50 mg of B6. Two capsules of NervoMax would add an unknown amount on top of it.
Nobody has tested NervoMax at either dose, so there is no proof that two works better than one. Move to two only if your doctor agrees. The label maximum is the top of the range, not a target.
Planning
How long does a bottle last at one or two capsules a day?
| Pack | Capsules | At 2 a day | At 1 a day |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle | 60 | 30 days | 60 days |
| 3 bottles | 180 | 90 days | 180 days |
| 6 bottles | 360 | 180 days | 360 days |
The expiry date on the label image reads 07-2028. Your bottles may carry another date, so check every bottle. A large pack taken at one capsule a day runs close to a full year.
Daily use
Can you take NervoMax daily?
The label says daily, so yes, within the one-or-two limit. It sets no end date. What it does not do is tell you how long is wise, and no study of NervoMax can fill the gap.
If you keep going for months, tell your doctor. Bilberry leaf may be unsafe with long-term use (NCCIH, Bilberry), and green tea extract liver cases usually began 1 to 6 months after starting (LiverTox, Green tea). Those are cautions about the ingredients, not findings about NervoMax.
Timing
When is the best time to take NervoMax, or any nerve supplement?
The label sets no time, so any time works if you take it the same way each day and never exceed the dose. The rest of this section is our suggestion, not label text.
- Tie it to a meal you never skip, such as breakfast or dinner. A fixed anchor makes a double dose less likely.
- Taking two capsules as one at breakfast and one at dinner stays inside the label, as long as the day's total is two.
- If capsules upset your stomach, a meal may feel easier. Bacopa, one of the nine ingredients, can cause stomach upset (StatPearls, Bacopa).
- Write down the time. A weekly pill organizer lets you see in one look whether today's capsules are taken.
There is no study that picks morning over night for NervoMax. If tingling is worse at night, note it in your log and tell your doctor.
Mistakes
What if you miss a dose or take too many?
The label does not cover a missed dose. Its caution says not to exceed the recommended dose, so the safe rule is simple. Skip the missed capsule and take your usual amount at the usual time. Do not take three or four to catch up.
Do not take more the next day to even it out. Stop the extra capsules, call your doctor or pharmacist, and keep the bottle. More capsules add more of an unknown B6 amount.
Step by step
How do you use NervoMax step by step?
Check the bottle
Look at the safety seal and the expiry date. Do not use a bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Read the caution
Are you under 18, pregnant, nursing or living with a medical condition? Then ask a physician before the first capsule, as the label says.
Pick one or two
Choose within the label range and write down your choice.
Swallow with 8 oz of water
Use a full glass, as the directions say.
Store it well
Keep it away from heat, light and humidity, out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place.
Log your symptoms weekly
Note where it tingles and how strong it is, and bring the log to your doctor.
Tingling that worsens is a reason to stop and see your doctor, not to take more.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How many NervoMax capsules should I take a day?
Take one or two with an 8 oz glass of water, as the label says. The facts panel counts two capsules as a serving. Never take more than two. Starting with one is sensible if you already take other products with vitamin B6.
Can I take NervoMax every day?
Yes, the label says daily. It sets no end date, and nobody has studied long use of NervoMax. Planning months of use? Tell your doctor now and mention it at every checkup.
What is the best time to take NervoMax?
No time of day is printed on the label. Pick a time you can repeat, such as breakfast or dinner, and keep the daily total within two capsules. Any other timing advice is a suggestion, not label text.
Should I take NervoMax with food?
The label does not say. It asks only for an 8 oz glass of water. If capsules upset your stomach, taking them with a meal is a sensible choice.
Is it okay to take 3 or 4 NervoMax capsules in a day?
No. The label allows one or two and says not to exceed the recommended dose. Extra capsules add more of an unprinted vitamin B6 amount, and too much B6 can cause numbness and tingling (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6).
How long does one bottle last?
A bottle holds 60 capsules. At two a day it lasts 30 days, and at one a day it lasts 60 days. Check the expiry date on every bottle before you plan a long supply.
Our view
Our view
Our view: the label dose is simple, and that is a point in its favor. One or two capsules with water leaves little room for confusion. The rest is on you, because the label hides the amount that matters most for safety.
Start with one, keep a log, and add up your other B6 before moving to two. If you miss a day, do not catch up. If tingling gets worse at any point, stop and call your doctor.
